
Refund and Return Policy

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, undamaged products can be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. When we receive a valid damaged product claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to you, though you will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. Shipping and Fulfilment Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 working days of receipt. Delivery times can vary, depending on your location and the delivery option you have selected at checkout. Any timescales listed below are estimated, and can vary depending on many factors. Once parcels have been handed to the courier (Royal Mail) all timescales are out of the control of Leo Mateus. All timescales are valid from the date the order has been shipped, rather than the date the order is placed.
For orders in the UK:

Standard delivery is 1-3 working days

Special delivery is guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following working day
For orders outside the UK:

Standard delivery is estimated to take 2-4 weeks

International Tracked and Signed delivery is estimated to take 1-3 weeks
